We had a woman outside our room all the time, and when we showered the bathroom woman was standing outside waiting for us to come out—very unprofessional.

I had a great one‑night stay in this room; it was clean and I slept peacefully, and the property is just a 2‑minute walk to shops and pubs.

“I may never visit here again as they just take money and think they are not responsible for anything now. Didn’t make so”

I didn’t stay there because the room was unclean, so I had to cancel. The room was really untidy and smelled bad, so I couldn’t stand there. I called and texted the property and stayed out of the flat for almost half an hour waiting for a reply, but nobody responded and I had to cancel. I was very disappointed; when I asked for a refund they made excuses like “my colleague will call you,” “I’ll call you back within half an hour,” “we’ll look into the matter,” but no solution—just a waste of money.

It’s well located, very close to town and easy to access, so I could leave Swansea without trouble. The room was in terrible condition when I arrived: the bed looked freshly slept in and left right before I came, there was an empty juice bottle on the bedside table, and what looked like blankets or pillows on the floor at the foot of the bed. I couldn’t even sleep in that room because of its state. I reached out to the landlord upon seeing this and asked for a refund because it’s not fair to pay for such service.
