The staff are adorable and attentive, making you feel at home; breakfast is healthy and delicious; the room itself is very modern, spacious, and the bedding is very comfortable, though it is a bit far from tourist sites but that keeps it quiet.

The view from the room was amazing (maybe also because the lady who was checking us in gave us a room with views unobstructed by window beams). The room was huge and the design was interesting (although non-couples may find the fish tank shower too intimate). The staff was very responsive and helped arrange a driver to pick us up from the station, which was about a 15 minute-ride away. The ride was complimentary, but the driver offered his (paid) services for a package tour while we were there, which we declined firmly. This is not the hotel's fault, but on our second night, the people who were upstairs came back late and made a ruckus until 2am. Breakfast was nice, but it was only available from 8am onwards, so we didn't get to eat it on the second day. Location was a bit far from the old town and other attractions like the Three Pagodas
