Budget-friendly Japanese-themed boutique hotel that offers a no frills stay but clean accommodation. Stayed in Room 303 for 4 nights. Room is Basic but has all the necessary amenities like water, kettle, in-room safe, etc. Most importantly it was clean and housekeeping maintained the room daily. The Hotel is also in a good location near Japan town, Le Thonh Than shopping district and has eateries and convenience stores all with a 5-6 minute walking distance. There is construction work next door (beyond control of the Hotel)

The reception staff were helpful and friendly, especially Ms. Chau and Mr. Trung. They offered strong coffee on the house in the morning and thoughtful touches like a shower and rest area for guests in transition. The only drawback is that the toilet on the ground floor could use a brighter feel.

Being close to Letton was really convenient, and the rooftop terrace offered great views with a pleasant breeze. There was nothing noteworthy to complain about.

The room was spotless, especially the brand‑new, gleaming shower, though the construction noise was pretty loud while I was inside during the day; stepping out would have solved that.
