The hotel offers an outdoor pool, business center, and is completely non-smoking. Nearby attractions include the Audubon Zoo (16.2 miles) and the Louisiana Superdome (11.4 miles), making it an ideal choice for business and leisure travelers.

The lady at the front desk was super helpful. The room was clean.

The staff were very pleasant and the comfort was good. The air conditioning was noisy, and I had to drive to a restaurant because the nearby eateries were not very welcoming.

The location and free parking were positives. However, light bulbs were missing from the room, both next to my headboard and in the corner near the window, making it dark when we sat on the couch playing cards. When I mentioned this, the staff said other guests must have taken them and no replacements were offered. The bed cover for my sons’ bed had holes and the padding was coming out; I thought it was just one spot, but it was most of the cover. When I told the staff, they gave me another cover that still had a hole, though smaller. Major upgrades are needed. The bathroom had a hole in the wall near the shower.
