Simply paradise! If you love peace and nature, this place is perfect. Breakfast surrounded by birds like toucans and hummingbirds… wonderful!

We had a great time in this nature paradise with Marcela and Fabio. The house is cozy, with rooms on two levels, plenty of windows with views, comfy seating areas, terraces, and even two shelves full of books. Our room was large, very clean, the bed huge and comfortable, and it had a terrace overlooking nature where we could watch birds. The shower was relaxing after hikes and had warm water. Delicious breakfast was served on the terrace with a nature view, and we could see many birds. There was also a tree where we saw toucans every day. For breakfast you can choose from four options, so there's something for everyone; we tried them all and they were all tasty. Dinner is also excellent, lovingly prepared by Marce, Fabio, and their staff. We tried various dishes, all very tasty, fresh, and good value. During the day there's always tea and coffee, a fridge, and a microwave if you want to make something. What made the stay so special were Marce and Fabio themselves and their amazing nature paradise. We went on a fantastic early‑morning bird tour with Fabio and saw many birds (including warblers during migration, trogons, etc.) and got a lot of interesting info from him. They both know a lot about nature and animals. We also had a unique night tour with Ariel, seeing a sloth, opossum, snake, various frogs, bullet ants, and at the end a common potoo; Ariel also took time to tell us a lot about plants, trees, and their uses. (Everything was great!!)

The place just oozes character – every nook feels alive. I loved having breakfast out there with the birds fluttering around; it was a calm, happy way to start the day.
