The welcome was excellent; Sietske was charming and very attentive. The barge was stunning, beautifully decorated and comfortable, offering a unique experience, though it was a bit lacking in cooking facilities.

Had a fun time. The place was well equipped and the tram stop was right nearby. The only downside was the heat that week—maybe some extra fans would help.

Staying on a canal boat was fantastic. The host was very welcoming, and though it was tucked away, it wasn't far from the city buzz. On the first night we left our chairs on the deck, so they wobbled and made noise above us in the wind—easy to fix.
