“Convenient for theatre but I will, in future, pay more to stay elsewhere”

The room was big and the bed was comfortable, but the stairs up to the bedroom were dirty, the shower was filthy, and there were dirty cups in the room.

I appreciated the design of the Reception area and the overall décor, and the location was convenient with easy parking access. The hairdryer was included. However, the showerhead and its fittings were broken, and the bathroom had no polishing; a poo mark was visible on the toilet and the silicone was filthy. The room was extremely cramped, even for a smaller person, leaving little room to move. The fridge smelled awful, and the room required many fixes to justify its price. We received only one bath towel and one hand towel for two people, and the paint was peeling with yogurt‑like smears on several walls. The TV remote malfunctioned, the fan was dusty and ineffective, and the carpet was pre‑stained, giving the room an odd odor. Only one accessible power socket was available, which felt insufficient. The photo I booked showed a completely different room style, and I couldn’t find my room on the website after checking in, which felt like false advertising. The towel was also stained.

“Nasty. This place should shut down.”

The place was a horrible little spot, filthy, hot, and miserable. The only thing that was clean was the bedding.

The location was ideal for working, the room was clean and tidy, and the staff were extremely friendly.
