“Make sure all locks are locked to your door!!!”

The check‑in desk was wonderful, very friendly, and knew plenty of local dinner spots. While my husband and I were winding down for bed, a man walked straight into our room! The door was locked but the top lock wasn’t, and he looked like a construction worker with papers and keys in hand, which terrified us.

“Horrible”

Construction was ongoing. Water was shut off for both days of our stay, algae had grown in the pool, and the staff were unhelpful. Breakfast was just toast and coffee if you could get them to make it, overall a horrible stay. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I tried to get a refund; the support was a joke.

“Breve”

I liked the room—it was pleasant, had Netflix, and the location was great, but it was damp and the strong smells when I entered were off-putting, especially the food odor in the elevator and hallways.

The pool was good, but the area around it left something to be desired.

“Other than having to try to get the door to unlock it was ok,will not stay there again”

On arrival they handed me a 2‑bedroom room instead of the 1‑bedroom I had booked, the door wouldn’t unlock, they said maintenance had left and would fix it the next day—yet it never happened, so I called again and got the same answer, which was infuriating.
