The room was great and the location was also good; the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the outside space, pool, and hot tub were lovely with fantastic views, though it was expensive.

The room was small, and the second bed turned out to be a couch, and the place was on a busy road, not what I was promised.

The property was beautiful, clean, and everyone was friendly, but the 800 rooms could only be reached by stairs, which was hard for my wheelchair‑bound mother, though we managed.
