The staff member was friendly. No air‑conditioning in summer was a bit rough.

Convenient location just a short walk from Perugia station. The décor and design were newly refreshed, the house, towels, linens were immaculate! The receptionist was very kind and professional. Private garage included. Breakfast: €3.50 voucher at a nearby pastry shop. Only a fan was available; no air‑con, so I sweated on a hot summer night.

The garage was a plus. There isn’t a proper kitchen.

I had no positives to mention; the heat was unbearable, there was no air conditioning, the fridge was broken, it was hard to locate the room, and parking was extremely tight. Everything was disappointing.
