The room was wonderful and the location great, the place was spotless, the staff were courteous, and we could rent winter gear. The food was chosen from a menu, good but a bit monotonous.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel sits in a fantastic spot with breathtaking mountain views, and visiting in autumn made the scenery and colors even more spectacular. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, delivering excellent service throughout. Breakfasts were delicious and high quality, served in a boutique‑hotel style: you order from a menu and it’s freshly prepared, so there’s a short wait, but the quality and presentation make it worth it. Parking is convenient and the hotel is perfectly positioned for car‑based exploration, with many attractions close by. A nearby train station also makes it easy to reach the Tatras without driving. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we’d gladly return. The only downside was the extremely noisy neighbors for several days—constant running, stomping, shouting, and banging, especially in the mornings and evenings, made it hard to relax at times, but that was not the hotel’s fault; it was due to inconsiderate guests who didn’t respect others.

The place was super, parking was free, almost in the center, the room and bathroom were great, we even had a small baby cot, and breakfast was included in the price 👌

The accommodation was very pleasant and beautiful, we felt really good there. Everything was clean, cozy, and tastefully furnished. Big praise goes to the staff—they were kind, helpful, and very pleasant. Thank you for a great stay, we’ll definitely come back! ❤️
