The staff were both unprofessional and condescending; throughout our stay the room we were assigned had no Wi‑Fi, and the staff didn’t inform us upon arrival. Only after we raised the issue did they claim a “technical problem” that would be fixed the next day. When we asked to speak to the manager, the staff told us no one was available. We paid for a service we never received, with no assistance or explanation from the hotel staff. Moreover, our room was never cleaned during the stay; the toilet paper was completely gone and we had to use tissues for our needs. This is unacceptable for any customer‑facing establishment. We are requesting a partial refund of our hotel fees. Finally, the staff do not speak English, forcing us to rely on phone translators, which is also unacceptable for a tourist venue.

A very nice hotel in a top location! Quiet and pleasant atmosphere, comfortable rooms and everything very clean. The staff are extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The great location especially convinced us. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return. Highly recommended!
