The beds are comfortable and the hotel offers a nice restaurant with many western options. The AC could only be set to 23 °C and we couldn’t lower it; the staff only managed to open the small windows, which didn’t help much.

I liked the Chinese‑style breakfast and the male staff, and the guest mix seemed pleasant; however, the female employees responded curtly to questions, and the women working in the Chinese restaurant appeared reluctant to help, while my pre‑arrival inquiry was answered only by an automated reply, which was a first for me.

Everything was superb—clean, convenient, and I felt safe as well. No complaints whatsoever.

The staff. The food is not hygienic. I had serious diarrhoea (6 times) after having their dinner buffet which led me to the hospital by calling ambulance and affected my journey. Sent by complains to the hotel email and no follow up had been taken. So disappointed with a 5-star hotel like this!!! Also the room toilet carries strong smoking smell!!
