I recently had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the hotel's facilities were impressive, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. However, I was disappointed when I didn't receive my deposit back after checking out. Communication was also a challenge, as only one staff member spoke English, forcing me to rely on a translation app to get in touch with them.
