The restaurant staff were very professional, even when they were under pressure from a large number of guests. The garden was relaxing and the lounge area comfortable. I cannot comment on the rooms because they could not provide one for us. We were disappointed to learn there was no room available and that we would have to walk to another hotel they had arranged. They offered complimentary drinks to make up for it, but since we don’t drink alcohol it wasn’t a big deal. The other hotel was clean and acceptable, though it wasn’t our first choice. We were extremely disappointed. On top of that, we had to walk from our hotel to have dinner. One evening the restaurant became very busy when a coach party arrived and was seated for their meals at the same time; it felt chaotic, although the staff stayed calm. It was clear the person who over‑booked was to blame, which left an impression of unreliability.
