I liked the spacious terrace with a view of the greenery, definitely recommend it. The shared kitchen was comfortable. I felt other rooms were larger, but our little room Gdańska wasn’t suitable for a long stay; there were no nightstands, no wardrobe, just nowhere to put things. If you’re only here for a weekend, it’s fine.

Breakfast wasn’t offered, but the location is super good – a short walk from the sea.

The owner was very friendly and the room was beautifully decorated. My room had a tiny bathroom; the sink and mirror were awkwardly placed, making it hard to use. There were no towel hooks, and it would have been nice if the window could open while the curtains were closed. A few minor issues, but overall a nice place.

A good family‑run guesthouse with a garden near Saulkrasti, great for a stopover when driving past Riga (LV) or to Tallinn (EE). The beach is best reached on foot via a forest trail. The nearby Saltwater café/restaurant is good. It was a bit tricky to find at first, and parking can be tight. Some rooms have a very small bathroom with a tiny sink, making brushing teeth a challenge. :)

Close to the sea, you can play billiards on site, and the host is very pleasant.
