Guests enjoy a shared terrace, multiple swimming pools, a sun‑lit solarium, and family‑friendly entertainment. Surrounded by pine groves and the Mediterranean, the hotel is a short drive from Ibiza Town and the airport.

The seaside hotel was stunning, with comfortable rooms offering sea views. Breakfast was generous and varied, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms suffered from terrible sound insulation, letting you hear everything the neighbor does. Beach loungers were paid.

The kids‑friendly pool was the only bright spot, but we were deeply disappointed by the hotel’s cleanliness and upkeep: mold around bathtub seams in several rooms, peeling paint, an unmade pull‑out sofa, and dirt on mattress pads. A hairball stayed on the bathroom floor for the entire stay. With a child, we expected much higher hygiene standards. The balcony also worried us because it seemed to lead onto the roof. The food was a let‑down for a 4‑star property: the orange juice was unpalatable, scrambled eggs were watery, dishes were often bland, and desserts were poor quality despite a wide selection; only the pancakes and pastries pleased us. Overall, the room cleanliness, maintenance, and dining quality were far below what a hotel of this class should provide.

El área del comedor, muy amplio, buen servicio y buena comida. Hicieron caso omiso de mi solicitud: pedí dos camas individuales y me asignaron una sola cama grande. Además, no había mantas ni sábanas adicionales para poder dormir en el sofá
