The owner was super friendly, the room was great, and the terrace was wonderful. There was no breakfast option, but the owner offered free coffee, water, croissants, tea, and more. The location is fantastic, right in the old town with plenty of dining options.
The building was fully renovated, very nice in the center of Chioggia. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There’s a shared panoramic terrace for all rooms and a small corner where you can grab coffee, water, or a drink—there was even a kettle, if I’m not mistaken. We happened to arrive during the fish festival weekend, and the host allowed us a permit to enter the ZTL, so we parked under the building. I’m very satisfied and will definitely come back!
It’s the second time we’re staying here. The room is truly welcoming, clean, and tastefully furnished. The owners are incredibly kind. If I ever return to Chioggia, I’ll definitely stay here again.
The facility was excellent and in a great spot, but the location itself was a drawback.

Massimo is extremely helpful, answering every request politely and with a smile; the location is ideal, close to the harbor; it’s suitable for a single night if you just need a shower and one bed.
