The stay was awful; the room was pathetic and unhygienic, making it not worth visiting even once.

One front‑desk staff member was very rude, sporting ear studs and standing about 5'6" or 5'7", acting as if he owned the place; the front desk should be friendlier and more considerate.
The breakfast restaurant is outside the building; you have to walk out and then some distance in the open toward it, so the hotel should plan for bad weather.
