I had a frustrating experience trying to locate this hotel and couldn't get through to customer service when I called. Unfortunately, this issue set the tone for my stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others due to the poor service.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the entire property. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, despite showing signs of wear. I also appreciated the convenience of having trike drivers available 24/7 and the proximity to 24-hour food options like Burger King and Jollibee. However, I was disappointed to find that the hotel itself was old and worn out, and the area wasn't particularly convenient for tourists.

The staff at this hotel were nice and welcoming, but unfortunately, the property itself was not well maintained. The pool was a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend staying here for an extended holiday. However, it might be suitable for a one-night stay.

I appreciated the friendly staff at this hotel, but unfortunately, the property had seen better days. The location was quite far from major attractions like SM mall, and the restaurant options were limited, with only Korean cuisine available. The restaurant itself lacked ambiance, with dirty tablecloths and plastic plates.

I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. However, I didn't feel that the hotel offered good value for the price. The internet was intermittent and often nonexistent, and the TV channels were limited. I also regretted paying for breakfast, as the spicy Korean leftovers were not to my taste, and the restaurant menu was limited to spicy Korean dishes.
