The location was fine, but the staff were rude. I booked online for a king bed and a non‑smoking room, yet the staff only offered me a smoking room and two single beds, which left us unhappy with the service.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel is about 3 to 5 minutes on foot from Salahuddin Metro station, with many restaurants and shops nearby, close to Reef Mall, Day to Day Centre & Al Ghurair Centre Shopping Mall – the best spot for visitors.

The place is super close to the metro, so getting around was a breeze. No other big complaints—just a solid spot if you want easy transit.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The room was in terrible shape—beds were awful, the toilet wasn’t clean, and overall it felt like a mess.
