The location was exactly what we needed; Cimarron is a very small town with only one other option. The room was clean, though we were a little worried at first when we saw the property because it looked unkept, but it was adequate for a one‑day stay. It seemed a little pricey for this older motel.

Cozy and quaint, it offered good value for the price. The lack of air conditioning, no ice, and the cramped rooms with limited seating were the main drawbacks.

Everything was close to what we needed. The room got a bit warm during the night, but otherwise it was perfect.

The location is near historic buildings of the old west. However, there was no AC or window fan units, so we had to leave the windows open during the August heat, which felt unsafe because the windows had a hot lock. The bathroom shower drain was filthy and clogged, and there was no management or staff on site, nor any food or drinks available.
