The beds were comfortable and the staff friendly. The room lacked air conditioning – we had read reviews and assumed it was standard, but apparently not, our mistake. It got unbearably hot, and the only ventilation was a fan that didn’t help much, so sleeping at night was very hard. The windows didn’t seal properly, letting in many mosquitoes, and we even saw a cockroach at night. The restaurant’s prices were very high for the quality.

For the very good price, the hotel is truly great! The pool area is pleasant, even has a billiards table. The restaurant is tasty and breakfast can be had on site. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly. The bedding was a bit stiff.

The hostel is a bit far from the center, but with a tuk‑tuk that’s no problem. The room is large, the bathroom is clean, and they refill water daily. The pool is incredible – one of the best. The price‑quality ratio is unbeatable.

The price is unbeatable – $5 a room, no need to expect great comfort but it was fine for two nights. The staff were very kind, we rented a scooter and they recommended excursions. The pool is pleasant!
