My mother‑in‑law had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, especially thanks to the exceptionally attentive and helpful staff. Because she is severely visually impaired, she needed a bit of assistance at times, and the entire team was incredibly observant, friendly and supportive throughout, always offering help exactly where it was needed. She felt very comfortable and well taken care of, and I give a heartfelt thank you to everyone for their great attention and excellent service. She thoroughly enjoyed her stay and would gladly return anytime. Nothing to complain about.
