A big window lets you sit and watch boats glide by, and the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker are handy. The place is a ten‑minute bike ride from anywhere, and because it’s just outside the main tourist area it’s much quieter. Nothing else to complain about.

The view was amazing, and it felt great to be close to the river feeding the ducks :) I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was clean, the equipment was sufficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful at every step. I highly recommend this spot. I couldn’t switch the air‑conditioner to heat mode, so it was a bit chilly at night.

Even though the room was only 10 m², the furniture was practical and the view was perfect, with a beautiful location. Unfortunately the space was dusty, and there were hairs on the walls. The host seemed to live nearby, probably annoyed by the door’s noise, and after reminding us of the checkout time he asked if we would leave earlier, which was confusing. I’m on vacation, how can I know?

The location is excellent, and the contact was very pleasant and straightforward.

The bed was very comfortable, and the view of the canal, boats, and cityscape was nice. The place was very quiet but still close to transport, nightlife, and amenities. The only sink was in the bathroom and was very small, making dishwashing a hassle.
