I liked that they accept pets and that a room was available after a long trip when I was very tired. I did not like the extremely rude behavior of an employee who touched me without consent inside the room. I am deaf and use Libras, which made communication and understanding the situation even harder. There was also a different charge than the one initially quoted, causing discomfort and insecurity.
