The beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly, the pools and bathrooms were very clean. The filtered water was only available at lunch, so you had to buy water to drink, and there could have been water fountains in the hotel. The elevator couldn’t accommodate guests on holidays; we had to climb nine flights of stairs, and there were only two elevators for everyone, which was not enough.

The organization, room cleanliness, and food were good, but they served lunch to guests who stayed at the hotel and didn’t go to the park.

The only friendly staff were the movers; when I was waiting to check in, I got more details than the guy who actually handled my check‑in. If I hadn’t asked, he wouldn’t have said anything. The recreation options are almost nothing; if you think your kids will find something to do when they’re not at the park, think again. Service is awful, except for the valet guys. The food is decent, but the restaurant’s cleanliness was severely lacking—food crumbs on the floor, shoe soles stuck to the floor, absolutely terrible. The restaurant is small, and I can only imagine how it would feel during peak season.
