There’s nothing to praise here. The location is noisy and rough, the check‑in process was a hassle, and both the room and the hotel had a musty smell.

The hotel sits in a good spot, is comfortable in the center, and the bed and pillows are very cozy.

location was good. close to San Jose convention center. The hotel was not clean. My room smelled like urine, and there were bugs in the room. I also found a long hair in the bathroom. The complimentary bottle of water in the refrigerator had already been opened, and the small, travel-size squeeze bottle of shower gel was half-used

From the parking attendant to the front desk, everyone was friendly and helpful; the rooms were clean and getting to Spartan Stadium was easy. There was nothing about the stay that I didn’t like.
