The hotel is in a super central position, it’s ultra‑clean, comfortable, has air conditioning, all the services (including a water dispenser, very convenient during the spring season), and the staff is extremely kind. Knowing I was leaving early in the morning, they even prepared a lunch box for me to take away!

The place is right across the Registan Square traffic light, making it super easy to get to, and the area stays lively until late with lots of locals’ kids playing, so I felt very safe. The room came with a toothbrush and disposable slippers, matching what you’d expect from a Japanese hotel, yet because it was the closest room to the front desk, every time the door between the lobby and the hallway opened, the noise travelled right into my room, and late‑night guests made it pretty noisy.

The owners made me feel so comfortable and the breakfast they served was great. The ensuite room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is a couple of minutes walk to Lyabi Hauz but in a quiet neighborhood away from the tourists. Nothing really negative, maybe a side table light.

The property felt old, dirty and cramped, and bugs emerged from the bed; the toilet and shower were especially terrible. When I tried to check in, the staff gave me a shocked look, and although I was well past the official check‑in time, a guest who had stayed the night before was still occupying a room due to a late checkout, so I had to wait over an hour for the cleaning to finish. I was assigned a room on the second floor that staff said was better because the first floor was noisy with children, yet after 11 pm kids were screaming in the lobby and adult employees were shouting loudly, which drove me almost mad. The room faced a narrow alley where cars passed by at 1–2 am nonstop, turning the area into a noisy hangout that kept me awake. Breakfast was so scant that there was essentially nothing to eat, and early in the morning another guest lit a cigarette right outside my door, which was so irritating I felt like crying.

The hotel sits in the heart of Bukhara, right in the center, and is quiet while still being within walking distance of all the sights. The rooms are clean, simple, and come with air conditioning. Breakfast is good and also vegetarian‑friendly. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and everything is offered at a reasonable price.
