The team was accommodating and did their best with the resources the management had allotted; the maintenance, however, fell below average.

The room was decent, though the restaurant was lacking; the staff were good. When we arrived at 1:10 PM, the room wasn’t ready even though check‑in was 12:00 PM, so we waited about 15 minutes for cleaning. The room didn’t match the booking photos, the air conditioner leaked water, there was no TV, and basic toiletries like hand wash, soap, and body wash were missing; we also didn’t receive complimentary drinking water.
