We arrived in Rome in the evening, nobody reached out, the accommodation with that name isn’t at the listed address, we were left on the street that night! We couldn’t call the number, we even wrote to the hotel address and Booking, no response. We circled Rome at night looking for a place with a front desk until we found lodging. Terrible!! Watch out for them!!
