““Hotel da incubo””
The location was the only decent thing, but only if you’re used to living next to a pub because the music from the bars below stays loud until 3 a.m. Everything else was terrible. The photos were completely doctored. We stayed four nights (supposedly a deluxe room), but the first night we got a room with walls covered in mold and a damp courtyard that opened onto another building. The window wouldn’t close, so anyone outside could peek in. The next day we struggled to get a new room, and the switch was blamed on me choosing separate beds at booking. When they moved us, giant American cockroaches emerged from the air‑con and smaller European ones from the shower drain, so we had to buy insecticide and try to disinfect, which irritated our throats because the ventilation was awful. The plaster was peeling off one side of the wall due to water leakage. The fridges were fake, averaging 25 °C, so we had to put items in the communal fridge downstairs next to the reception.
