Nothing good. They gave our room away, so we never got to stay. The staff never answered the phone when we tried to get our room.

Everything in the downtown area is spot on—there are plenty of different spots and casinos nearby, the people are super friendly, and it feels like a family. I couldn't find anything to complain about; everything was perfect.

I had a terrible experience: the service was awful, the sleeping conditions were not dignified, there was a lot of insecurity, it was dirty, and the staff gave poor attention.
