The location was perfect for a post‑concert stay without the high price, the place was clean and comfy and the room seemed huge. I didn't use any facilities, so I can't comment on those. Maybe more breakfast options.

Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from, but the TV was hard to master and a bit too much for two elderly people.

The room layout was open and roomy, location close to amenities and plenty of shopping and dining nearby. I appreciated the check‑in and quick response to concerns (towels). The toilet was running and needed attention, not enough towels first day, corrected second day. Lobby not yet refreshed due to construction.
