They asked me to pay again upon arrival even though I had already paid through Booking and were told a refund would be issued once Booking transferred the payment (around 10 pm). The room looked very cheap and I found bed bugs, so I packed my stuff and left without staying the night. The receptionist barely spoke English, was argumentative, and unprofessional. I’m deeply disappointed with this conduct and with the fact that this place is promoted by Booking.

It was a good deal for the price, and I was satisfied overall. However, the room should have had the heating turned on after booking and confirmation, and the office closing time of 10 pm is unfair for travelers.

They let pets in for a fee, but the old building has paper‑thin walls that make it very loud, the towels are old, thin, and crispy, and the staff won’t hand out extra ones.
