The hotel staff was humble. The authorities dishonoured the booking slip, denied a free stay for a declared 17‑year‑old daughter and charged an extra 400 for a one‑day stay. Nothing helped talking to customer care and the Fab Group customer care.

Nothing. Everything: water, low quality food, mattress quality is poor.

This hotel was a great choice for a budget-friendly stay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always available to assist. I especially appreciated the location, which was ideal for exploring the city’s attractions. For the price, this hotel is an excellent deal!
