The rooms offer stunning views, staff are helpful and friendly, and families can enjoy a BBQ area and a small animal corner. On the downside, maintenance is poor: we used four rooms, and two had major problems—one stove was broken and another had no hot water. The pool was full of water but lacked a fence, posing a serious safety risk for children that needs urgent attention.

The location is good, but the catering service is poorly connected. There was no way to place an order, and by 18:00 the catering had already closed.

The location is spectacular, with breathtaking scenery in a peaceful, pastoral setting; the limited number of cabins gives a genuine sense of staying in nature on a private mountain. A small petting zoo and a trampoline let kids roam freely, and the cabin itself was spacious, clean, and very beautiful. The downside is that it’s far from Siniya, requiring an extra drive in either direction. Service was very problematic: the front desk was closed at 5 pm even though it was supposed to be open, and most communication went through a WhatsApp AI agent that didn’t understand anything. Our air‑conditioner was set to cool but couldn’t be adjusted; it was cold at night during this season, and we asked for help but nothing was done. Off‑season, some needs are not met.

מקום מהמם בלב הטבע מעוצב ברמה גבוהה מקום מפנק. המקום בנוי במדרון עליות חדות לפרק ולארוז מזוודות למשפחה רחוק מהיחידה הליכה בירידה תלולה עם ציוד ללא עזרה, צוות זמין במקום עד 18.00 בלבד. איזור המשחקים לילדים המקורה פתוח רק עד 18.00, אם צריכים משהו לאחר 18.00 אין כמעט מענה, המענה בוואצאפ הוא רובוטי ולא אנושי קצת קשה להתנהל כך. הספא בתשלום נוסף. ולפי זמנים. לא מצויין בהזמנה
