I stayed in a spacious apartment close to the city centre, well furnished and quiet, but the shower was unusable because it needed repairs. There was only one bedside table with a lamp and a single place to set things down.

The kitchen was dirty, with trash left by previous guests and no pot lids; the dishes were abandoned, dusty, and unwashed. The bathroom linen was meant for three people but only a shower towel was provided and there was no toilet paper. The bedroom smelled unpleasant due to a strong, irritating ambient fragrance. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the sheets were heavily worn. The overall comfort of the apartment was lacking, missing even the basics that I usually find in all the apartments I book.

The place was close to the city centre, but the promised amenities were not honoured. The owner demanded that we share the private bathroom and then asked us to change rooms so she could host a group. The beds were very uncomfortable; a three‑bedroom room was too small, and we had to move a bed to reach the wardrobe that had no hangers. The owner called us rude and ill‑educated when we refused to change rooms during our stay. We were really disappointed!
