The location is excellent! The host is hospitable! The room is small but clean, there is a place to cook, and outside there is a table under the vineyard. We liked everything.

The place is wonderful, in the center but quiet, and the streets on the hill are not very busy, so it’s comfortable at night. Going down to the very center takes 5 minutes, and climbing up to Mother Georgia takes 15 minutes (and that’s because we walk slowly on the stairs; a younger person would go faster). The views are very picturesque and the houses are beautiful, with a table in the courtyard to sit outside and eat. The room is very compact, but we three (two adults and a 17‑year‑old daughter) and three suitcases fit comfortably; there is a chest, a hanger, and a mini‑kitchen for breakfast, and it wasn’t cramped at all. Hot water flows well, and yes, the shower has no separate cabin, but it’s set up conveniently with a curtain near the door so you can hang your stuff and not get soaked while bathing. The host allowed an early check‑in and to leave our things when we left; all communication was very warm and polite—thank you! We found no downsides at all. It might be difficult for elderly people to climb the hill, but for us it was fine—there’s cobblestones and it’s quite convenient to walk, the climbs are steep but not long.

The location is very good. The staff were very friendly and arranged the airport transfer very well. The accommodation smelled damp and parking is difficult.

We arrived and were told we couldn’t stay because of a plumbing issue; they could have informed us earlier.
