Cheapest option, decent breakfast, great spot for our needs—close to the French Hospital in Hanoi. The place is a smoking establishment, which I didn’t notice when booking; there’s a slight cigarette smell and ashtrays.

Everything was okay, comfortable, and clean, but the bed was a bit too firm for my liking. It's possible that locals prefer it that way, though.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of my room, but unfortunately, the bed was quite hard, which might be a preference for some locals. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Unfortunately, the bathroom wasn't very private, which made it a bit inconvenient, and the shower was only average (8/10) because the water pressure was a bit weak. What really bothered me, though, was the noise from the bathroom at night, which required me to turn on the light and disturb others - this was completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed by adding thicker curtains to block out the light at night.

The breakfast service was excellent, but I did notice that the towels were a bit dingy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
