Good parking, the rooms and bathrooms are large and spotless and the owner is extremely kind. The common kitchen lacks air‑conditioning, which is a pity, and the Smart TVs, but the hospitality and availability cover that.

The on‑site parking and the spacious room were great, but I noticed the cleaning could be tighter: a soap bar from previous guests was still in the shower, the shower door was broken, and the bathroom outlet was faulty. Overall it was adequate. Breakfast is served in the adjacent bar where you must show a voucher found in the room, and the bar’s quality is quite poor.
