Room size and location. Its a catfish of a property with 1. extremely dirty rooms 2. Bedsheets with stains ( replacement bedsheets also had stains) 3. No towels provided ( after asking we got stained towels, when told that they were stained we were told this is normal) 4. 1rs head and shoulder pouch as shampoo and 5 rs soap ( i payed 4500 for the room ) 5. The swimming pool was closed ( I was told it was closed for maintnenace but it seemed it was not used for months) 6. The washroom looked extremely unhygenic I tried living in the room but unfortunately I had to leave the room and pay again in another hotel and spent the night
