“Eenvoudig leuk hotel gerund door Oekrainse vluchtelingen.”
The hotel also serves as a Ukrainian refugee shelter, with several of them running the place; they do it in a very friendly way, the rates are cheap and it’s still a good hotel, though it feels a bit old; graffiti art on the walls gives it a simple vibe, and if you’re not put off by that, you’ll have a pleasant stay; the kitchen serves delicious Ukrainian food, though the breakfast is a bit sparse, but the coffee with warm milk is superb and gives a great start; English is spoken.
Everything was fine, but later I received a message saying I had forgotten to return my key, which wasn’t true, and the staff never replied to my follow‑up, which was a bit blunt.
