Everything was great: the rooms were clean and beautiful, every request was handled promptly, and the staff were excellent.

“It was nice stay”

The room and staff were fine, but the constant loud music from morning until late night at the restaurant and rooftop bar was annoying; the song quality was poor, though the food itself was acceptable.

“Comfy bed, good location, okay breakfast.”

The room was fine, although it was very warm and the air conditioning was hard to regulate. Okay breakfast - I would have hoped for some eggs or cheese, but… The location is good if you arrive at the train station, city center and bazaars are a 15 minute walk away, and it was always easy to find an auto-rickshaw just outside. The staff was cordial enough, although they were unwilling to give any support, referring to an external travel agent for any enquiry.
