The place is centrally located yet quiet. The house is historic and very pretty. It has a small kitchen where you can cook a bit. The décor is very personal and well‑designed. Lucia is an exceptionally friendly host and very helpful. Perugia is a bit less touristy but definitely worth seeing and offers a lot.

There was no air conditioning, only an extra fan in the bedroom that didn’t cut it during Italy’s heatwave. Nights were hot and not restful. I strongly urged the owner to buy an AC unit. At night my husband kept falling out of bed because the mattress was uneven.

The location and the owner’s friendliness were great. The food was very, very good and well‑prepared. The lack of air conditioning was a drawback, especially this hot year.

From the moment we arrived, the lady was incredibly kind and helpful; we couldn't find the B&B on our own, so she gave us all the phone directions we needed. Because we had an 18‑month‑old child, she supplied a car seat, a crib, and even a few toys for him. The tiny studio has a magical vibe that smells like wood, books, and handmade items. Breakfast was plentiful on both days and entirely organic. The kitchenette, though small, was very useful for preparing something for the little one. The only thing I’d improve would be the mattress and pillow.
