The free shuttle, complimentary welcome drink, and free snack were all great

The staff were friendly, we received four coins so we could get ice cream or ramen between 2000 and 2200, there was also a happy hour for drinks from 1700 to 1900, and free coffee was available in the lobby in the morning; the distance to the center of Takayama was a bit far if you don’t have a car, which was inconvenient for us since we drove

Parking was right in front of the hotel, which I appreciated, and the shuttle bus was very helpful. The only downside was that the provided nightwear had a noticeable odor, probably because it was still damp from the bad weather.

The hotel is a bit out of town, but the shuttle bus makes getting around a breeze, and the outdoor hot spring is a big plus; the convenience store nearby is another win, and the quiet, relaxed vibe left me feeling very satisfied. There were no complaints.
