I enjoyed the staff's service and the scenic views, but I felt there was a lack of information about dining options.
The staff were very attentive and it felt great.
The hotel's pool and facilities were great for kids, and they seemed to have a blast.
The hotel's location was one of its strong points, but I couldn't help but think that it would be great if the traditional Japanese room had a chair as well.

“We had an amazing time and would happily come back to this resort.”
The breakfast was a classic Japanese spread and decent, but I don’t think it justifies the price; next time I’ll try somewhere else. The buffet looked nice, yet the cost didn’t match the offerings. On the bright side, there was plenty to do, the staff were absolutely amazing, the beds were a dream, and the nighttime lighting was gorgeous—I can’t wait to bring the kids back!
“A Disappointing Stay Despite Some Nice Touches”
I was impressed by the nighttime illumination, but unfortunately, the hotel fell short in other areas. The colonial-style decorations and beautiful pool surroundings were lovely, and the breakfast's rice porridge and tarako were delicious. However, the restaurant was a letdown, with a lack of fresh seafood and often empty condiments. The buffet's toaster was ancient and took a long time to heat up, and the lack of tea bags was a disappointment.
“A Hot Spring in an Aging Room”
The hotel had a hot spring, but the room was quite old.
“A Heartwarming Experience with Some Minor Issues”
I was impressed by the employees' smiles and their enthusiasm, which made my stay special. On the downside, I noticed a bit of humidity and an unpleasant odor in my room.
“Friendly Staff, Uncomfortable Pajamas”
I was pleased with the staff's friendly service, but unfortunately, the hotel's pajamas were made of a material that absorbed sweat, making it difficult for me to sleep well.
