The hotel sits in the heart of Szadt, with many sights within walking distance. The room and bathroom were large and very clean. Reception was very friendly and the lady could speak German well. Arriving on a Saturday, the old town was bustling with countless bars all busy, yet the hotel itself stayed quiet enough to keep our nights undisturbed. There is also a free private parking lot. Breakfast ran from 06:30 to 08:30, but I would have preferred it to stay open until 10:00 or even 10:30.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was good. The bathroom was spacious enough, though towel and clothing hangers would have helped. Unfortunately, between nights we found the room with the bed almost untouched and the towels exactly as we had left them; the owner apologized and promptly supplied a new set of towels.
