I was a bit on edge after the Monday quake, but the hotel held up like a champ. The building’s solid structure kept us safe and we all left unhurt. Huge thanks for that. The only hiccup was the front desk guy evacuating and forgetting we were still there—better emergency alerts would help.

Location, cleanliness, facilities, and service were all top‑notch. The only downside? The hot water never got hot enough.

Front of the main park, everything clean, staff friendly. The only thing that bothered me was room 1 facing a busy bus lane—sleep was a challenge.
