Everything was great. The staff were very polite and helpful, even holding a package for me to pick up after checkout, which I really appreciated. The rooms were quite decent, so I kept extending my stay.

Parking was a 20‑minute walk.

The location was good, the rooms were spacious, there were water bottles in the room, and the staff spoke Dutch. However, a constant electric hum in the room kept us awake, and there was no lift.

The staff were absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful, letting us store luggage before check‑in and after check‑out, which was very appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and overall very good. The location was excellent, right in the centre, so everything was within easy reach. The only downside was the club directly below the accommodation; during our stay there was a queue outside and a lot of noise. It didn’t bother us because we kept the window closed and the windows were well insulated, but if you stay in summer and need to sleep with the window open, the noise could be an issue.

The room was cozy and charming, the bathroom and shower were a bit small but still okay. It was very quiet inside despite being in a lively night area. The hotel itself is charming and the location is great, with good tram connections. The stairs and lack of a lift are a problem—if you have large suitcases, be prepared to climb them, and travelers should be warned.
